As Unique As Your Companion
For these special vessels, we specifically choose burr wood.
In nature, a burr is formed when a tree undergoes stress, creating incredibly complex, swirling grain patterns that are entirely unique. No two pieces of burr wood will ever look the same. When we hand-turn a burr wood pet urn in our Yorkshire workshop, the wood dictates the final look.
We feel this is a beautiful metaphor. Your cat or dog had their own distinct personality, their own quirks, and their own way of loving you. A one-of-a-kind handmade urn honours that individuality perfectly.
Sized for Cats and Small Dogs
Functionality and security are just as important as aesthetics. Our current collection is carefully sized as a cat urn for ashes or a small dog urn (suitable for breeds like Terriers, Pugs, or Spaniels).
Each vessel is turned with a secure, precision-fitting lid to ensure the ashes are kept incredibly safe. The wood is sanded to a silky-smooth finish and sealed with natural oils, creating a piece that begs to be held and touched—bringing a small moment of comfort when you need it most.
