Shipping policy
Availability & Despatch Times
Because we are a working woodcraft studio, our despatch times vary depending on whether an item is ready on the shelf or being made specifically for you.

In-Stock Items: Most of our core range is held in stock and will be despatched within 1–2 working days.

Made to Order & Personalised Items: If you have selected a personalised item or a piece that is currently out of stock, we will craft it to order. Please allow 4–5 days for us to make and finish these items before despatch.

Charcuterie & Kitchen Chopping Boards: Due to the size and finishing process required for our larger boards, please allow 7–10 days for crafting before despatch.
Note: If your order contains a mix of in-stock and made-to-order items, we will typically wait to despatch the entire order together once your custom pieces are ready.
Orders will be processed and shipped during standard working hours (08:30 – 17:00) Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays)
UK Delivery
All of our UK orders will be shipped with Royal Mail Signed For which is estimated to take 2 - 4 working days. Shipping costs £4.95 and we aim to get your order with you as soon as we can.
Overseas Delivery
For overseas delivery we will use either Royal Mail our the most suitable courier service depending on your location.
EU orders
£14.99 with a delivery time of between 2-11 working days
International orders
£23.99 with a delivery time of between 3-17 working days
