If there are any issues with your order or your product/s arrives damaged please do not hesitate to contact us and we will be happy to help.

As much as we want you to love your purchase from Begat Woodcraft, sometimes it might not be the case! If you're not satisfied, you can return eligible items within 14 days of receiving them for a refund.

Eligibility:

Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
Proof of purchase / order confirmation.

Please note: Personalised or bespoke items (including engraved products) are non-refundable unless faulty. Please check your spelling carefully before ordering

How to Return:

Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to start the return process.
You cover the shipping unless it's our mistake or a defective product.
Pack the item securely to prevent damage.

Refunds/Exchanges:

We'll inspect the returned item.
If it meets our criteria, we'll refund your payment or exchange it for another item.
Refunds go back to the original payment method within 3 business days.

Exceptions:

If your item is damaged or defective, let us know right away.
